Fanclub: How relieved are you about being back? Richie: Totally, its a dream come true to be back. Fanclub: What did you do the whole time, not knowing what do expect? Richie: At home with my family, friends and my little cat Cookie, who unfortunately died the day before I came back to Germany. Fanclub: Had you been in touch with your band mates the time you'd been in Wheaton? Richie: Unfortunately not because my dad thought it would be better for me to stay distanced from "the whole thing".But I did come across an email from Izzy and that was very nice. Fanclub: Did you change because of your almost-split-up-with-US5? Richie: Yeah because I found a new appreciation for the guys ,the band and all of my wonderful fans! Fanclub: Looking back - is there anything you would have done different? Richie: I wouldn´t trust people as easily as I did back then but other than that I´m gonna keep livin life to its fullest. Fanclub: Did your fans delighted your day the time you were abroad? Richie: I think the only reson I´m back here is because of you, my fans and I love you all so much!I pray for you everynight I go to bed. Thank you! Fanclub: Do you want to change things now? Richie: I´m gonna keep my boundries and have a great time. I´m trying to dedicate my life and everything I do to my lord and saviour Jesus Christ. Fanclub: Who was your helping hand in that hard situation? Richie: What a crazy question...It was YOU guys!No doubt about it..all the letters,emails and videos,it was so unbelievable. Fanclub: What was the most important argument for getting back to US5? Richie: To continue living my dream and get back to the best fans of the world.It might sóund cheesy but its true. Fanclub: Could you understand the position of your father? Richie: Of course, I totally understood him, but he needed to understand me also and he does now. Fanclub: Would you have act differend if you were your father? Richie: Its hard to imagine ..maybe I would, maybe I wouldn´t. Fanclub: Would there have been an alternative to US5? Richie: I would probably go to school pursuing my acting career. But I would be very depressed for a long time without US5 and my fans. Fanclub: Thanks a lot for the interview!
