PARENT'S OPPOSITION - END OF US5? Although Richie has already suffered so much to live his dream, there is a new barrier coming up: Richie's parents Kathleen and Robert Stringini are forbidding Richie to stay in US5. These are the consequences of his many scandals, especially the one with porn model Marta. That doesn't fit in the catholic way his parents had educated him. "US5 has corrupted him. That's not the boy we have brought up!" Richie himself wants to stay in US5 and so he has to convince his parents. He can't decide himself, because the 18-year-old-guy is american citizen. In USA somebody has to be at least 21 years old to make decisions without his guardians. Hope Mark and Mike will do everything they can otherwise i'm gonna die...seriously!!!Without Richie it's the end of US5!!

RICHIE IS BACK! Richie will come presumably already tomorrow again to Germany! And back to US5! Triple-M told us that the Meeting ,yesterday in Orlando decided, that Richie still a Member of US5 is! Lou Pearlman, Richie and his parents arranged about new conditions. He will be back by US5 in Berlin/Germany tomorrow!

As you know, Richie was at the editorial BRAVO today. He didn't only gave an Interview: He also taken part in the BRAVO Star-Chat! In these Chat he mentioned to the Fans, that US5 will have an little Autograph Tour in Poland! The Dates aren't already determined. But we'll inform you, as soon as we can. Here are a few other facts, we could take from the Chat: - Richie is fine, he feels rested now, he gets an "Bodyguard" now but it isn't determined who will make the job - unfortunately Richies cat "Cookie" died before his departure, the cat was old and ill - the tour in Germany will probably happen in October and not in summer as we supposed - in April/May there will be an Releasealbum in Germany, but with a lot of new Tracks - Richie is glad, to see the boys from US5 and the Fans again, is stunned about all the Fan-Letters, Videos (which his Mum want to copy to an DVD for him) and is also glad about the snow in Germany - the new Single isn't already determined but it would be an Uptempotrack again - he is Single

It was a really important performance for US5 the night before. They received such an important award in Germany: The "Goldene Kamera". The show master was Thomas Gottschalk, a really famous presenter in Europe. Stars like Nicholas Cage and Pierce Brosnan were also there. CONGRATS GUYS!!!

US5 also got gold in Poland for their longplayer "Here-we-go" Congratulations!

US5 gets a Golden Record in Poland because of their succesful second record "IN CONTROL". And that's only because of reservations! The record will be published the day after tomorrow, 12th February 2007.

It's as if no lessons have been learnt from the failure of groups like One True Voice, Phixx and V. Clearly the US still think we're in the late '90s, or Lou Pearlman wouldn't be hoiking his tired old obsession with boybands to us yet again. Combine this with the likely return of 5ive later this month and you have a surfeit of group types that just aren't popular at the moment. Apart from the fabulous and omnipotent Take That, there's not much call for boybands at the moment, and perhaps Pearlman should have thought of that before he brought this dull, lazy pop music to us for our approval and purchase. US5 won't get anywhere, it's just been done over and over and the recent past does indicate that no one really cares any more about this style of music. 'Maria', as noted earlier, sounds just like every average song spewed out from a boyband. The only redeeming factor is that at least it's upbeat - Pearlman must know that only Westlife can currently achieve chart success with ballads! At the end of the day, this will be lucky to reach anywhere significant in the charts. It's just not what people are looking for at the moment.
