Thursday, September 07, 2006 A Few Rumors (A Note to Richie Fans) Current mood: annoyed I've been hearing some stuff that has been bothering me lately, namely rumors. It has come to my attention that several rumors have been spreading around the US5 boards about my brother, myself, and a friend of ours. First off: 1) My brother is not dating anyone. He is single. He hardly has time to sleep, let alone carry on a relationship. 2)Jessica, a girl that has been linked to my brother, is a great friend to him, and to our family, and me personaly, and we do not appreciate hearing people who don't know her calling her a slut, and saying that she sleeps around. She doesn't! She respects herself to much. This stuff makes me sick. I know that you, as fans, love Richie, but he is allowed to have friends, and those friends should not be called horrible names just because they are close to him. Also, she is not trying to "become a star" by using Richie. She was friends with him long before he was famous. She has her own career, and life, and fame is not really part of that. She's a good person, and it really hurts me to hear those rumors being spread about her, when they are extremely false. Not only that, but it was brought to my attention that while she was in Germany, a country that she enjoys visiting, she was verbally assaulted, and called a shlumpa (english translation: slut). That is rude, and uncalled for. Please, respect my brother, respect his family, and respect his friends. These are the people who have been there for him, and they deserve that at least. 3) This is a rumor that I find more... funny. People, I am not handicaped. I am in pretty good health actually. A while back, early in the summer, I had an asthma attack, and the medicine I took for it caused my heart to race. Apparently my doctor had me on a slightly high dosage, and my body didn't react well. My brother was luckily there, and he rushed me to the hospital. Other than the asthma, I have no serious conditions, mental, physical, or otherwise. I'm perfectly healthy. Okay... I am a little crazy, but that's it. So guys, please, stop with the rumors. It really hurt Jessica to hear those things, and it bothered me that she was being dragged through the mud like that. Respect each other.
